Adventure Travel West, Inc. designs trips for wholesalers, travel agencies and private groups.  We customize tours to fit the interests of each company's clientele.  Our strength is our ability to help you identify which type of program would fit best with your existing offerings, and customizing these programs to meet your target budget.  Ultimately, we design tours that appeal to your clientele and choose accommodations accordingly.  We offer a broad choice of accommodations, from hotels to camps.  We will carefully balance your budget requirements with your tour design to ensure that the tour product will stay within your budget range, yet be unique to your company.



LODGES:  We use a number of unique resorts and lodges. Not all lodges are expensive!  We can also book your group in national park lodges.




MOTELS:  Motels are chosen for their location, price, attractiveness, and cleanliness.  We prefer centrally located hotels/motels near parks. 


HOTELS:  In big cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco or Las Vegas, our hotels are centrally located, allowing clients the freedom to explore the cities on foot, as well as on bus or by cable car or subway.  Cheaper options are available when the budget demands it.



RANCHES:  Adventure Travel West, Inc. works with a number of guest ranches to offer 1 night or multi-day stays for our clients. The facilities offer romantic cabins and hearty meals for a memorable, unique Western experience. Many offer horseback riding, hiking, and fishing, as well as a broad range of other recreational activities.



INDIAN AND COWBOY CAMPS:  We can accommodate your groups in Native American camps or traditional hogans, as well as rustic teepee cowboy camps in the wilderness.



CAMPING:  On many of our small group tours, camping is a price saving, attractive option. We offer a complete outfitting of tents, sleeping pads, and cooking facilities to make your camping trip an exceptional experience. Campsites range from commercial campgrounds with swimming pools and bath/shower facilities to back country sites inside the national parks.  We conduct many camping tours each year and know the best camp sites for each group and each park.  National Park campsites are limited.  We try to reserve campsites INSIDE the national parks, by reserving your group sites up to 1 year in advance.  We therefore can almost guarantee that your groups will stay at the most centrally located, attractive sites, often inside the famous National Parks.
